RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE, CANCELLATION AND PARTIAL COD POLICY

GENERAL

AMVA CLICKARTEL HUB LLP, a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered address at 5-5-212/5, F/102-1st Floor, Saikrupa Apartment, Patel Nagar, Gandhi Bhawan, Nampally, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, 500001 (hereinafter referred to as the “AMVA”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an e-commerce platform (www.amvastores.com & www.amva.in) for sale of home furnishing and décor by us and third party sellers (the “Product(s)”) through the website/mobile application which AMVA provides (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

The term “Customer(s)” or “User” or “Users” or “you” or “your” means any individual which uses, accesses or browses the Website and/or purchases the Products on the Website.

AMVA’s return and exchange policy gives you the option to return Product(s) purchased on AMVA for specified reasons as per the Policy within the specified return period.

Our Customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of returns & refunds. We aim to provide the best Customer experience to our Customers beginning from placing an order to initiating a cancellation/return/refund.

This Return, Refund, Exchange, Partial COD and Cancellation Policy (the “Policy”) sets out AMVA’s procedures and policies in accepting: (a) return, (b) refund, (c) exchange, (d) partial COD, and (e) cancellation.

APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By purchasing or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) through Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy as well as respective return policy mentioned in the Product page.

If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on AMVA Platform.

Please note that, we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy. Every time you wish to use Platform, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.

RETURN

Returns are provided by respective sellers directly under this Policy, wherein sellers offer returns subject to each product listed.

All Products listed under a particular category do not have the same return Policy.

For all Products, the returns/replacement Policy provided on the Product page supersedes this Policy.

Please refer to the respective Product’s applicable return/replacement policy on the Product page.

All return Products will be checked by the pick-up personnel. Post basic inspection, the personnel has the right to reject the return.

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return at info@amva.in.

The turnaround time for processing returns is within 10 business days from the date of request.

Please send images of the Product as received while raising the return request.

AMVA will issue a refund for the cost of the goods as per the refund Policy mentioned below.

In cases where a Product accessory is missing, damaged, or defective, the seller may opt to replace the accessory at their discretion.

AMVA is not liable for any defaults committed by its partners or sellers.

Customers are eligible for only one free replacement if the product delivered is not damaged. For additional replacements due to preference, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY

“Partial Cash on Delivery” or “Partial COD” refers to a payment facility where the customer pays a portion of the total order value online (“Prepaid Amount”) and the remaining amount (“Remaining Amount”) at delivery.

Products eligible for Partial COD are determined based on product type, order value, location, and AMVA’s discretion.

Payment Terms:

- Prepaid Amount must be paid online at checkout
- Remaining Amount is payable at delivery
- Details will be visible on order confirmation, shipment label, and tracking page
- COD convenience fee is currently not applicable (subject to change)

AMVA reserves the right to modify or discontinue Partial COD at any time.

Eligibility:

Partial COD availability depends on customer history, location feasibility, and internal risk assessment.

AMVA may restrict or disable Partial COD for certain users or regions.

RETURN PICK-UPS AND PROCESSING

- MRP tag must be intact and visible
- All accessories and packaging must be returned
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original packaging should not be damaged

Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of return.

RETURN PICK-UP POLICY

- Submit request via website or email within return timeline
- Provide order number, images, and reason
- Product must be in saleable condition
- Pickup will be scheduled within 4 business days

Returned items will undergo quality check before processing.

CANCELLATION OF RETURN REQUEST

Return requests can be cancelled by contacting support at info@amva.in or informing the pickup agent.

CLAIMING REFUNDS

For Online Payments:

- Refund will be processed to original payment method
- May take up to 7 business days

For COD Orders:

- Refund via AMVA Credits or bank transfer
- Bank transfer takes 7–8 business days
- No cash refunds allowed

For Partial COD:

- Prepaid amount refunded if order is cancelled before dispatch
- Non-refundable in case of customer-related delivery failure (RTO)
- Refund applicable only after successful return and verification

Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

MISCELLANEOUS

This Policy is governed by Indian laws. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

AMVA reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of changes.
