SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We ship across the globe. We also provide the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for pin codes supported by our delivery partners.

Please note: This is subject to change as per company policy.

Packages are shipped within 48 working hours. We are closed on Sundays. Orders will be delivered within 5–7 days after dispatch.

We provide an estimated delivery time on the shipping page. However, these timelines are indicative and depend on our shipping partners.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, distance, and logistics partners. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities, but we will assist you in tracking your shipment.

Your order may be shipped from multiple locations and may arrive in separate packages. However, you will only be charged a single delivery fee for the entire order.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

In some pin codes, COD may not be available due to limitations from our shipping partners. For any queries, please contact our customer WhatsApp helpline.

For special or time-bound delivery requests, please email us and mention the request in your order notes. While we will try our best to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee delivery within the specified time.

Orders within India are shipped through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery and other reliable logistics providers.

Our delivery coverage depends on the serviceability of these logistics partners. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For order cancellations, please email us within 4 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refunds will not be processed if:
- The order is cancelled at the time of delivery
- There are 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier partner

IMPORTANT NOTE

We currently do not ship outside India.
